Quality control, step by step
Selection at source
Lots are chosen directly from trusted estates and producers to a defined quality baseline.
Grading & preparation
Teas are graded and prepared to specification — CTC, orthodox, green, or blended.
Inspection & cup-testing
Each lot is inspected and, for teas, cup-tested for liquor, strength, and aroma.
Pre-dispatch verification
A final check against the agreed specification before export packing and dispatch.

We source close to origin and keep specifications clear at every stage, so buyers know exactly what they are receiving — grade, form, and characteristics.
